Any food that starts with “Oreo-stuffed” is alright by me. Double-stuf Oreo-stuffed?
Say.no.more.
Yes, I realize this cookie is excessive. And that it contains more butter and sugar than one person should eat…ever.
But I also know that it is the most perfect combination of my two favorite cookies ON THE PLANET and there is no excuse for not eating something so wonderful.
So, limit yourself to one a day. The recipe only makes ~12 cookies, so after 12 days of enjoyment you can do a cleanse and pretend it never happened. Whatever gets you through the day?
I started out with my signature recipe for chocolate chip cookie dough, and substituted mini chips for regular-sized ones.
And then this happened.
So basically you just smush the dough around the Oreo to make a ball.
Pop ‘em in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
*Please note: next time I will use less dough per Oreo. Suffice it to say I got carried away this time.

im not surprised they turned out like this (like ravioli.) In jenny’s original recipe, she uses a dense cookie dough recipe (lots of flour) so that the cookies don’t flatten out when baked and therefore they can completely support the oreo. not to say that yours turned out “wrong.” some people might actually prefer it your way.
